This page sets out the terms that govern your use of the AI Architectural Prompt Studio platform. Please read it carefully before creating an account or using the service.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Architectural Prompt Studio platform ("Platform"), operated by The Address For Engineering Consultancy ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account on, or otherwise using, the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account and do not use the Platform.

2. Platform purpose

The Platform is a bilingual (Arabic and English) software service that composes structured text prompts intended for use in third-party AI visualization tools for architectural design workflows.

The Platform produces text prompts only. It does not produce final images, renderings, certified architectural designs, or formal engineering approvals. Generated prompts are creative, supportive outputs and are not a substitute for licensed architectural services or formal engineering approvals.

3. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (or any other jurisdiction applicable to you) in order to use the Platform.

Provide accurate registration information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accounts are personal. You may not share, transfer, or assign your account to any third party without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Generate, request, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security, infrastructure, or integrity of the Platform.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract our curated prompt library, datasets, or composition logic.
Circumvent quota limits, rate limits, or other Platform controls.
Submit fraudulent payment information or attempt to obtain paid features without payment.

5. User inputs and generated prompts

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide to the Platform (project name, site details, custom instructions, and similar). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process those inputs solely for the purpose of operating the Platform and providing the service to you.

The generated prompt text is composed by combining your inputs with our curated style libraries, typology data, and composition logic. We retain all rights in those curated libraries, datasets, and composition logic.

6. No guarantee of visual output

The Platform produces text prompts only. The Platform does not control or guarantee the visual output that you may obtain by pasting a generated prompt into any third-party AI image or rendering tool. The quality, accuracy, style, and commercial usability of any final image or rendering depends on the third-party tool you choose and is outside our control.

Generated prompts are creative, supportive outputs and are not certified architectural designs or formal engineering approvals. Do not rely on Platform outputs for structural, construction, or regulatory decisions without independent licensed professional review.

7. Commercial use of generated prompts

Commercial use of generated prompts (such as reselling, sub-licensing to third parties, or republishing our curated libraries) is not permitted unless expressly allowed by a separate written plan or license.

Your personal / professional use of generated prompts inside your own architectural workflow — including sharing them with third-party AI tools to produce visualization images — is permitted within your active plan.

8. Subscription, quota, and billing

When paid plans are enabled, the following terms apply:

Paid plans are based on a monthly prompt-generation quota that renews at the start of each billing cycle.
Quota does not roll over — any unused quota at the end of the current period expires and does not carry into a new period.
A renewal reminder will be sent before subscription renewal within a reasonable timeframe.
Payments are processed by the third-party payment provider Moyasar. We do not store your card details on our servers.
You will be given prior notice of any changes to pricing or plan structure.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the Platform continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur. We will make reasonable effort to notify users of major scheduled maintenance windows in advance.

10. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in cases of violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, compromise of Platform security, or where required by applicable law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. The published refund policy applies to any paid fees on termination.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or non-pecuniary losses arising from your use of the Platform or your reliance on its outputs.

This clause does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable Saudi laws.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and we will make reasonable effort to notify you of material changes via the email address registered to your account.
