We aim to respond to most requests within 3 to 5 business days. Complex requests (such as legal reviews or refund requests) may require additional time for full review.

  • A brief description of the problem or query.
  • For billing requests: the purchase date and the invoice identifier if available.
  • For technical errors: a screenshot (without exposing sensitive data) and the steps that led to the error.
  • For legal or privacy requests: clearly identify the request type (access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal).
