Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains how to cancel your subscription, when a refund may be considered, and the relevant Saudi consumer-protection rights.

1. Nature of the service

AI Architectural Prompt Studio is a digital service that generates structured text prompts for use with AI tools. The service is delivered immediately upon prompt generation, and the quota associated with the plan is consumed as soon as a prompt is produced. This is consistent with the nature of digital products consumed at the moment of delivery.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support at prompts@theaddress.com.sa or via the Contact page.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid subscription period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of that period, after which your account reverts to the free plan.

A cancelled subscription will not auto-renew.

3. Refund policy

Because of the immediate, consumable nature of the digital service, refunds are not provided on paid subscriptions after purchase or activation, except where required by applicable Saudi laws.

4. Cases where a refund may be considered

We comply with consumer rights under applicable Saudi laws. A refund request may be considered in the following cases:

  • If the amount was charged in error and no subscription was activated.
  • If a clear technical failure on our side prevented access to paid features for a substantial period and could not be reasonably resolved.
  • If the same amount was charged in duplicate for the same invoice by mistake.
  • In other cases where a refund is a non-waivable right under the Saudi consumer-protection regime.

5. Cases where a refund is typically not available

Refunds are typically not available in the following cases, within the limits of applicable law:

  • If a substantial portion of the paid quota has been consumed (prompts already generated).
  • In cases of abuse, fraud, attempted fraud, or violation of the Terms of Use.
  • If the user has shared or transferred the account to a third party without authorization.
  • If a payment failure originates with the third-party payment provider (Moyasar) or the issuing bank, rather than with the Platform.
  • After a reasonable review window has passed without a request.

6. How to submit a refund request

To submit a refund request, please email prompts@theaddress.com.sa from the same email address registered to your account, including:

  • The purchase date.
  • The subscription identifier or invoice identifier if available.
  • The reason for the refund request.

7. Review timeframe

We will make a reasonable effort to respond to refund requests within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of the complete request. If approved, the refund is processed through the original payment channel, and the issuing bank may need additional time before the amount appears on your statement.

8. Payment processing

Platform payments are processed through the payment provider Moyasar. The Platform does not store card data. Approved refunds are executed via the same original payment channel at Moyasar.

9. Consumer rights

This policy does not exclude any non-waivable rights granted to you under the Saudi consumer-protection regime or other applicable laws.
